One of the projects I've been trying to progress since I was elected as a County Councillor last year is to get a pedestrian crossing for the A40 at Hildersley. I've been trying to progress this with BBLP and County Council officers but without success so far, so am now writing to residents for support.
I arranged a traffic survey on the A40 at Hildersley which confirmed average speed was over 30mph, however in order to get anything done about this the County Council needs to know the potential demand for pedestrians to cross the A40. I would therefore be grateful if you could complete this short survey to help prove the level of demand. You will need to click the button at the bottom of each screen to move to the next question.
If you have other ideas or concerns please get in touch.
