I returned to Hereford three years ago, having lived here previously for 10 years. I was a professional skydiver and will receive The Royal Aero Clubs Silver Medal for outstanding achievement in aviation on 16th May this year.
I have two social science degrees and further post graduate diplomas. I am a graduate member of the British Psychological Society and hold qualifications in Health Psychology.
My previous work experience include The Welsh Initiative For Supported employment, where I worked to help people with learning disabilities enter employment. I also worked for Shaw Trust helping disabled and disadvantaged people retain their employment. My last working position was on the psychology staff of a Pain Management Team in South Wales.
If elected to Herefordshire Council, I would seek to be a strong voice for those disadvantaged members of our society in Herefordshire, who have been the most hardest hit and neglected by government austerity. A seat on the council will help me to do that.
